About the cooking classes
Classes are open to anyone.
You may be a single parent and not learnt how to cook. Perhaps you are a grandparent and now have your grandchildren living with you but you've forgotten how to prepare child friendly meals. Or perhaps you can no longer afford the takeaways and ready meals that you used too. Are you a student living off campus, or have left home for your first job and now need to cook for yourself?
You may like to do this as an activity with your teenager and learn to cook together.
At the end of the class we will all sit down together and eat what we have prepared before cleaning up the kitchen.
Our aim is to provide you with the skills and if possible, tools, to help you feed your family. As such we will be providing a goodie bag with the recipes and food items to make a main meal and dessert learnt during class, to try out on you family.
